Terms of Sale

These terms govern orders placed on nxs.aliensense.com. Products are sold B2B, for evaluation and prototyping use. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Seller

2. The offer and payment
NXS Vanguard Edition units are sold from stock: your card is charged at checkout and the unit is dispatched from our warehouse. The Vanguard Edition price is $199 per unit. A price change never applies to an order already placed. Orders on this site are limited to 12 units; larger quantities go through [email protected]. A quotation is valid for 30 days, and an order is accepted when we issue a written order confirmation or deliver the products.
3. Shipping
Shipping is not included in the product price. Shipping costs are calculated when your order is prepared for dispatch and are billed separately, at carrier cost, shortly before dispatch. We email you the exact amount for your approval first: nothing is charged without notice, and dispatch follows your approval and payment of the shipping amount. By confirming an order, the Buyer agrees that final shipping costs will be calculated and charged just before the package ships. Orders are dispatched from stock, in the order they are received; allow 5-10 days in transit after dispatch depending on destination. Delivery dates are estimates. Risk passes on delivery to the carrier.
4. Import duties and taxes
All orders are delivered DAP (Incoterms 2020). All international duties, tariffs and taxes, including import VAT, are determined by the Buyer's destination country and must be paid entirely by the Buyer upon or prior to delivery; they are not collected by Aliensense. They are typically collected by the carrier or customs authority at the destination. We provide accurate customs documentation with every shipment. Business customers can supply a Tax Registration Number for VAT invoicing.
5. Cancellation before dispatch
You can cancel any time before your unit is dispatched, for a full refund of everything paid, with no restocking fee and no conditions. Email [email protected] and we process it within 1 business day. If the ship date slips, we email you the new date, and the cancellation window stays open until your unit leaves.
6. Returns and warranty
Defective or non-conforming units go back within 14 days of delivery in original condition. Other returns are accepted within 30 days, unused and in original packaging with all accessories, with a 15% restocking fee and return shipping paid by you. Products carry a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The full policy, including how to start a return and what the warranty excludes, is on the Returns & Refunds page. Products are sold B2B, so the 14-day consumer right of withdrawal does not apply.
7. WEEE / disposal obligation
The products supplied from Aliensense Limited are intended exclusively for commercial, laboratory, or industrial use (B2B). In accordance with the EU WEEE Directive, it is hereby agreed that the Buyer assumes all statutory responsibilities and financial liabilities for the collection, treatment, and recycling of the equipment and its packaging materials at its end-of-life. The Buyer shall indemnify Aliensense Limited against any claims, costs, or administrative demands regarding the recovery and disposal of the waste equipment.
8. Permitted use
NXS is an evaluation and prototyping module. It is not certified for safety-critical applications, including automotive safety systems, life support or medical devices, weapons systems, or any application where a failure could lead to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage. If you integrate NXS into a product for commercial deployment, the certifications and regulatory approvals for that product are yours to obtain.
9. Export control and sanctions
We cannot ship to sanctioned countries, and we comply with UAE, US and EU export control law. You agree not to re-export the products in violation of applicable export control regulations.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the courts of Abu Dhabi.
