This policy explains how Aliensense Limited ("we", "us") handles information when you use nxs.aliensense.com (the "Site"). We keep it short and only describe what we actually do.

What we collect and why
Analytics: only if you accept. With your consent, we use PostHog to understand how the Site is used (pages viewed, clicks, device and browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, and the site you came from). This helps us improve the product and the page. It is served through our own domain and stays off until you choose “Accept” in the cookie bar, and you can change your mind anytime on theCookie Preferences page.
Page speed measurement: no cookies, no consent needed. On every visit we measure how fast this page loads and responds (standard Web Vitals: time to first byte, first paint, largest paint, layout shift, and interaction delay), together with the page path, whether you are on mobile or desktop, your connection type, and the country your request came from. This uses no cookies and no identifiers: we do not store anything on your device, we do not record your IP address, and there is no way to link two visits to the same person. Because it cannot single you out, it is not personal data and it is not covered by the cookie bar, but we would rather tell you it happens. We rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the Site fast.
Support chat: only once it is offered to you. This Site offers a chat window, run for us by PostHog, so you can ask a question before or after buying. It is not loaded on every visit: the chat software is fetched only when the chat is actually offered (for example when you spend time on the specifications or reach the FAQ) and at that point it stores a conversation identifier in your browser’s local storage so that returning to the Site shows you the same conversation instead of losing your history. If you are never offered the chat, nothing is fetched and nothing is stored. That storage exists purely to deliver the chat, so it does not depend on the cookie bar , the same basis as remembering the contents of a basket. If you send a message, we receive your message, the page you were on, and, only if you choose to give it, your name and email so we can reply. Declining analytics cookies does not switch the chat off, and does not stop you getting an answer. If you buy, we verify your email with Stripe so your conversation can follow you to another device; without a purchase your history stays local to that browser unless you use the recovery link the chat can email you. Messages are stored by PostHog on our behalf and kept for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any follow-up; ask us and we will delete them.
Advertising measurement: only if you accept. With your consent, we also load the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which lets us measure how our LinkedIn ads perform and show ads to people who have visited the Site. It stays off until you accept, and you can turn it off again on theCookie Preferences page.
Orders & checkout: handled by Stripe. If you buy NXS, checkout is processed by Stripe. You provide your name, email, billing and shipping address, and optionally your company and VAT/Tax ID. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and we never see or store your card number. We keep a record of your order (contact details, address, items, and amounts) to fulfil it, provide warranty and support, and meet accounting obligations, and we send our team an internal order notification by email.
Starting an order. When you click Order, we ask for your email before handing you to Stripe. We use it to process your order attempt: to send your confirmation if you complete it, and, if checkout is interrupted, we may follow up once about that attempt (for example with a link to resume it). We keep this together with your country and, if you accepted analytics cookies, the campaign or site that brought you here. Marketing email (product news and driver updates) is sent only if you tick the optional box, and every such email lets you unsubscribe; we record your choice, when you made it, and the wording you saw.
When you contact us. If you email us (sales@, orders@, support@, returns@, or [email protected]) or call, we use what you share to respond and keep a record of the correspondence.

Who processes your data
We share data only with providers that help us run the Site and orders:

We operate from the UAE. Our providers may process data in other countries (including the EU and US) under their own safeguards.
How long we keep it
Analytics data is retained per each provider’s default settings. Order records are kept as long as needed for support, warranty, and legal/accounting requirements. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request.
Your choices and rights
You can accept or decline analytics cookies at any time on theCookie Preferences page. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to the use of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these, email[email protected].
